- Extended consultations (involving days to months of consultant time) or programming/optimization work (improving / hardening existing open source genome analysis software) – request extended engagement to be connected with our staff.
- Workshops - NCGAS hosts workshops throughout the year on different topics to train biologists run their genome analysis, the list is available here
- Online information to aid bioinformaticians and genomics researchers is also available as training materials, blogposts, and GitHub account.
